Autumn/Winter Delivery Update:

We are operating on a 4 working days processing time before orders are dispatched (weekends and bank holidays are not included in this).

If your wedding is coming up and you need your order sooner please email us and we’ll do our very best to see if we can get your order out a little sooner.

Keep in mind that we are a small independent business so occasionally everyday life means that we sometimes need to adhere to our 4 day processing time so we encourage ordering in advance of the required date you need your items.

Click and Collect may be available from the Glasgow G3 area, please reach out to us if you require this.

ROYAL MAIL STRIKE ACTION – None at the moment

There are no planned strikes however we will update this page if any take place.

We continue to post promptly however please note:

  • Any orders placed on our website during strikes are likely to be affected if you choose the Royal Mail option.
  • After strikes Royal Mail may be dealing with a large back log of post that result from these strikes and force further delays to delivering mail beyond these dates.

  • FREE DELIVERY: Spend over £45 and pay no delivery charges.
  • ESTIMATED TIMESCALE:  2-3 working days delivery aim after dispatch email. 

We do! Once your basket reaches a £45 spend you will be able to apply free shipping to your order.

Orders are picked, packed and dispatched within two working days of receiving your order so please allow for 4 full working days processing time, don’t include weekends or days we are closed for seasonal holidays or bank holidays. After this, you will receive an email notification notifying you of the dispatch of your order.
Delivery times after this email are as follows:
  • allow for our 4 day processing time which will operate over Autumn/winter then 2 – 3 working days for your order to arrive after you receive a dispatch email.

All orders are sent tracked delivery by Royal Mail.

Please note we have temporarily suspended our international delivery service for now. We are continually reviewing this.

Please consider disruption that may arise causing delays from Royal Mail with staff shortages in certain areas due to either strikes or Covid.

We are currently accepting orders and dispatching orders on time. It is always best to order ahead of when you need your order to avoid any disappointment, as Royal Mail delivery times may be affected by the ever changing economic climate and pandemic.

Click and Collect may be available from the Glasgow G3 area, please reach out to us if you require this. This is generally available Thursday – Sunday.

Click and collect is completely free, we just ask you give us 2 days to pack your order. If you need it sooner than this let us know and we’ll do our very best to have it available sooner.

You can pick up your order between Thursday – Sunday.
Click and collect times vary though and we hope to have your picked and waiting for you as soon as we can. 

We offer pick up from the G3 area of Glasgow and will contact you to arrange collection. 

You can make payment via most major credit and debit cards via our stripe platform, or by PayPal if you prefer. You can also choose to pay later using Klarna. 

Klarna will provide you with specific payment terms. For further information or questions regarding your Klarna payment please visit Klarna’s website or contact Klarna’s customer service.

If you choose to pay via Klarna they will perform soft credit searches with credit agencies to consider eligibility, this won’t affect your credit rating and will only be visible to you and Klarna. For more information of how this works please see: Klarna Pay in 3 and Klarna Pay in 30

Whilst Klarna offers a great option to spread the cost of your order or pay later, please be responsible when using this service and consider finances for this option.

* Please note there are a few restrictions: discount codes can’t be used on boxed gifts, or alongside a a free delivery offer or another discount code or an existing % discount offer (for example: our earring card discount offer or bundled discount offer).

Firstly, thank you for shopping with Weddings Gifted! We are an independent business that aims to put you at the heart of everything we do. We understand though that sometimes things aren’t as expected or that you simply may change your mind. If that’s the case – yes you can return an item! (with the strict exception of earrings which we are not able to offer a return on)

The first step is to get in touch with us with your order number and a little information about your return and we’ll be happy to help. 

Our Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days from the date your order was placed, provided the products are complete and in an unused / undamaged condition. If we believe the items have been used we may be unable to return the cost of the items.

Currently, the cost of delivery to return an item will be covered by the customer. When returning items, remember to ask the post office / courier for a proof of postage certificate. You can return items to Weddings Gifted, 272 Bath St

We are unable to exchange items. 

Non-refundable and non-returnable Items

  • Please note that due to hygiene reasons earrings are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • All Personalised products are also non-refundable and non-returnable, please take care when specifying your personalised text.

Please note – all earrings sold are strictly non-refundable. We are unable to refund earrings due to hygiene reasons as we cannot resell earrings in good faith to other customers that another customer has received, even if they are claimed to be unworn.

Please be extra sure to check the measurements of any earrings you would like to purchase as we are unable to accept returns once your parcel has left the warehouse.

Please allow time for your returned parcel to reach us. Refunds are processed only when the items are received and inspected. Refunds will then be made via the same method (or credit card) that original payment was made with – allow up to 5 working days for your refund to reach your account once processed. As mentioned previously, the cost of delivery to return the item will be covered by the customer and not refunded.
